Refunds

Send refund requests to the same address within seven days of the charge. Our published refund policy explains what is covered.

Account deletion

You can delete individual songs yourself from the dashboard at any time. For full account deletion, email us from the address on the account and we will remove your records.

Rights and takedowns

If you believe audio was processed here without the rights holder's permission, contact us with the details and we will investigate and remove the material where appropriate.
